[求助] computer shut down by worms

Please help me!!
my computer was infected by worms which I can fix it by update my window XP at microsoft.com. and my Norton Antivirus has been expired by 2 Apr 04.....
any other method to fix it.

click on the start button, then click on "RUN"
Then type the command below.

"shutdown -a"

The LSA force shut down system will be force quit. then search for online virus scan or install some latest anti-virus software to solve this problem.

Or maybe u can D/L service pack 2 from windows update! =)
